Our story.

CT Aviators is a youth and AAU travel baseball program based out of Cheshire, Connecticut, for players ages 3 to 10. We were built on one belief: teach the game the right way, and the love of it takes care of itself.

We started because too many young kids were being rushed, benched, or overwhelmed before they ever got the chance to fall for baseball. So we built the opposite: short, high-rep practices; skills taught in the right order; and coaches who care more about a kid's next step than this weekend's box score.

Today the CT Aviators run instructional baseball for ages 3–9, AAU travel teams at 8U, 9U, and 10U, and an expanding travel program — all based out of Cheshire. Same mission at every level: raise your game to the next level, and love the game for life.
